Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
The Bow Shack is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please verify any auto-filled fields are correct when inputting shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Final Sale Items
Certain items, including bows and Bow Shack merchandise, are final sale once shipped and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after shipment.
