Bow Shack Sticker Promotional Giveaway – Official Rules

Please read these Official Rules carefully before participating.

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored and administered by The Bow Shack ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open only to legal residents of jurisdictions where this promotion is permitted by law who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in administering this promotion are not eligible to win.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins when the first promotional sticker becomes available and ends immediately after all 100 promotional entries have been claimed or when the Sponsor ends the promotion, whichever occurs first.

4. How to Enter

Each eligible Bow Shack Premium Vinyl Sticker purchased during the promotion period includes one (1) promotional entry.

• One sticker purchased equals one promotional entry.

• A maximum of 100 promotional entries are available for this promotion.

• Once all 100 entries have been issued, the promotion will close.

Customers can view the number of entries remaining at any time by viewing the available Bow Shack Sticker inventory on BowShack.com.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the prize advertised for this promotion.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless determined by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

After all promotional entries have been claimed, one winner will be selected at random during a live drawing hosted by The Bow Shack.

The date, time, and platform for the live drawing will be announced on The Bow Shack's social media pages and/or website.

The Sponsor's decision is final.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided during checkout.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to respond within a reasonable period, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Shipping

The purchased Bow Shack Sticker will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.

The prize will be shipped to the verified winner after eligibility has been confirmed.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules.

• Allow The Bow Shack to announce their first name, last initial, and state of residence if selected as the winner, unless prohibited by law.

• Release and hold harmless The Bow Shack from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

10. Privacy

Information collected during entry will be used solely for administering this promotion and fulfilling orders in accordance with The Bow Shack's Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the state in which The Bow Shack operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
